A Virtual Manifest-Storm

After sending my last newsletter where I was apologizing for my temporary absence, several of you reached out to me after to say how periodic breaks have been useful or even crucial in your life. Apparently, I needed to step back from everything far more than I thought because a virtual manifest-storm is happening since I've been "back."

Like the welcome spring rain we've experienced lately, refreshing, and nourishing the lushness that life can be, these manifestations have touched several areas of life. From my living conditions to expanding business and personal relationships (yay for new friends!), my strength and fitness are again on track, daily writing habits have returned, and final arrangements locked in for a European trip.

I may have checked in with a few people that are deceased.

I'm so grateful for the changes happening and am wondering why now? Why not the week before or next month? It is true, some of these events are related to planned goals, And, after all, my word for the year is magical, so perhaps I shouldn't be surprised. However, other changes came into focus only after talking to people, some I know well, others I barely know, and I may have even checked in with a few that are deceased!

The one common denominator I'm finding? Connection. When I talk about my life, share my dreams, the things currently I'm working on, what I'm hopeful of in the future, comment on social media rather than mindlessly flying through a feed, the connections with others start sparkling. Soon more sparks grow, and the parts start to fit together and flow.

I need people.

These connections feel right despite being an introvert; the type who thoroughly enjoys listening to the clock tick. I need people. And I'm finding I'm thrilled with those I've met and interacted with online.  Life is so much more appealing when interacting with people across the country or half a world away, and I discover they are essentially just like me. It balances and restores my belief in the human race and how good people are still the majority.

Call it flow, call it manifesting, call it connection. I am loving the manifest-storm raining on me.
